Business Manager -Digital&Innovation Platform (5-day work)
The Job:
1. Responsible for business planning of the business; Identify and address key business issues, develop work plan, collaborate with General Manager to drive analysis, derive business insights and make recommendations.
2. Participate in business review meetings and produce analysis on monthly financials, budgets, business reports and operational risk.
3. Prepare presentations, management reports and maintain relevant trackers.
4. Work with internal stakeholders to review progress against business targets, objectives and productivity ratios.
5. Coordinate on issues resolution and organization improvements.
6. Participate in ad-hoc corporate projects as assigned.
The Person:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting and Finance or relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business planning or project management.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, influencing and communication skills.
4. Strong strategic, analytical and numerical skills.
5. Team-oriented, proactive with strong driver and business acumen.

Customer Service Officer - Life Insurance & MPF Business Support (5-day work)
The Job :
1. Assist and support in-house financial consultants in delivering excellent service to our individual, corporate & global clients.
2. Assist to handle daily orders / customer enquiries from our Apps and digital platform in professional manner.
3. Liaising and coordinating with clients, insurers, third party service providers on obtaining insurance quotation, preparing debit notes and claims etc.
4. Prepare all kind of documents for new / renewal policies.
5. Other duties assigned by management.
The Person :
1. F.5/ DSE or above.
2. Pass in IIQE Licensing Examinations. Holder of ACII or ANZIIF Senior Associate is a plus.
3. A good knowledge of various life insurance products and strong common sense.
4. A client-first mindset to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Great attention to detail and accuracy of data input.
6. Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and strong sense of responsibility.
7. Possesses with problem solving skills, critical thinking and analytical mind.
8. Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
9. Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
10. Immediate available is highly preferred.
